The Home Builders Association of Columbia is your local mid-Missouri affiliate of the
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We exist to provide a voice for the Columbia home building industry. Our organization supports everyone involved in the housing industry, from home buyers to home builders, architects, realtors, remodelers, suppliers and more. In addition to connecting our key stakeholders, we fight to protect the interests of our community at the local government level.

Our Mission
The Home Builders Association of Columbia:
- Unites, represents and preserves the homebuilding industry in Columbia, MO.
- Serves to protect and promote the interests of its members, as well as real estate buyers and owners.
- Upholds ethical practices, integrity and accountability among its members as they do business with each other and the public.
- Promotes safe, durable and affordable buildings through reasonable laws, codes and construction practices.
- Provides opportunities for its members through networking, education and professional development.
- Encourages these high standards among public bodies and other forces that shape our industry.
